These terms cover the automated audits and Website Monitoring.

What the product is

The Complete Website Audit is a one-time $199 USD automated report on the single website URL you supply at checkout. It measures that URL’s mobile performance with Google PageSpeed Insights and reviews six further areas — technical SEO, conversion and UX, accessibility, security, email deliverability, and local competitive visibility — from publicly available information, followed by a consolidated list of prioritised actions. The Case-Intake Visibility Audit ($349 USD) applies the same method to a law firm’s public intake path.

What it is not

• It is not implementation. We do not change anything on your site.
• It is not a consulting engagement, retainer, or strategy session.
• It does not establish legal compliance, WCAG conformance or complete security, and no part of it should be relied on as a legal opinion.
• It does not test your forms, scan your server, check your TLS certificate or query your DNS records. Only mobile performance is measured.
• It does not guarantee search rankings, traffic or revenue. Nobody can honestly sell you those.

How it is produced

The report is generated automatically. One measurement is taken directly: Google PageSpeed Insights, on mobile, for the URL you supply. The rest of the report is written by an AI model from public web research. Measured findings are presented as measurements, researched findings are labelled as research, and anything that could not be verified from outside your site is presented as best-practice guidance and labelled as such. We do not invent competitors, metrics, records or citations to fill space.

Delivery

Delivered by email to the address used at checkout, within one business day of purchase. If the automatic report cannot be generated, we tell you by email and send the report personally within one business day. If nothing has arrived, check your spam folder and then email us — we will resend it.

Your responsibilities

You must supply a website URL you own or are authorised to have analysed. Our analysis is non-intrusive and uses only publicly accessible information and standard public measurement tools; we do not attempt to access private areas, bypass authentication, or test anything destructively.

Subscriptions

Buying the audit does not enrol you in anything. Website Monitoring at $149/month is a separate, optional product with its own checkout. It can be cancelled at any time by email; cancellation stops all future charges and further reports.

Liability

The audit is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from it is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost traffic arising from acting, or not acting, on the report.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you purchased is the version that applies to your purchase.
