Relaycairn · what we measured
Ten sites we measured
Not a survey and not an estimate: ten real local business websites, run through the same checks we run on a Fix Pack eligibility request.
Correction, 27 September 2026. An earlier version of this page, and the short video that went with it, misstated how many of the ten sites had a fault we could fix. Three of the ten had nothing we could fix for them: two did not respond, and one runs on a site builder that gives owners no way to set the headers it lacked. The earlier version also called these the checks in our paid audit; they are the checks we run before a Fix Pack. The text below is corrected, and the video has been withdrawn.
The numbers come from a dry run of the Relaycairn Fix Pack checks against ten real local business websites in one region, measured in September 2026. Ten sites is a small sample: it describes those ten, not every website.
What we found
- We ran our checks against ten real local business websites.
- Two did not respond at all, so there was nothing to measure on them.
- Each of the other eight had between four and eight findings.
- All eight were missing basic browser security headers such as Referrer-Policy and Permissions-Policy.
- The header fix could be applied on five of the eight: on two with no condition, and on three only if one condition held, such as access to the site’s Cloudflare account or to its code. The other three run on site builders that give owners no way to set these headers.
- Two had no tap-to-call link on the home page.
- Three of the ten had nothing we could sell them: the two that did not respond, and a Squarespace site whose only findings were headers that Squarespace gives owners no way to set.
- The other two site-builder sites had other findings, such as email records and page markup, but no header fix we could deliver. We do not sell a partial pack at the full price, so we would not take a Fix Pack order from them either. That leaves five of the ten, three of them only if one condition held.
- That is why a Fix Pack order starts with where your site is hosted and a free check of the live site, and nothing is charged until you have seen what the pack would contain.
